Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $6,098,453.60 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,893,665.64 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at May 31, 2021.
